. In memory of Keith Afable. Born to Life, January 21, 1980. Born to Eternal Life, September 1, 2002. You have been listening to the music written, sung and played on guitar by Keith Afable, whose life was tragically taken on September 1, 2002 in a motorcycle accident. This web site was created by Keith Afable’s family and friends in his memory to create the Keith Afable Scholarship Fund through Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Keith was most beloved by his family, friends and Sigma Chi alpha chapter fraternity brothers and he, in turn, gave us love, great joy of life and friendship. He graduated with a degree in Finance in May, 2002 with the support of a scholarship through the University. He loved his years of study at Miami University and now we wish to create a scholarship in his name.
